• Joely •
Alt-folk meets indie pop, Joely’s music feels like a warm hug from an older sister. Think the modern folk of Billie Marten, meets the indie rock guitars of early Coldplay, meets the classic country of 70’s Fleetwood Mac. Her songs tell the tale of adolescence, relationships, and mental health in modern society through light-hearted wit, soaked in slide guitar and soulful ear-worm melodies.
Kicking things off in 2019 with a headline show at the O2 Academy to launch her debut EP, she’s played BBC Introducing stages at a number of UK festivals, with an upcoming main stage slot at Truck Festival 2022. Her summery single “Ice Cream” reached the semi-finals in the UK Songwriting Contest with a five-star rating, and was awarded Bath Spa University’s song of the year 2020.
You can listen to her latest EP ‘Belonging’ out now everywhere.
• StevieRay Latham •
This incredible artist is quickly making himself a name to be known with his distinctively dark, melodic, art-folk compositions. Drawing on comparisons to Kurt Vile, Blake Mills, Nick Drake & Neil Young, the young singer-songwriter signed to the independent At The Helm Records whilst he was still at Art School and since graduating has released two albums, exhibited sound installations, played festivals, and headlined shows across Europe. Receiving airplay from BBC Radio 6 Music and Radio 2, over the years Latham has
also been championed by media including Clash, Line of Best Fit, Q & Folk Radio UK.
• Naz & Ella •
Fusing a gritty, grunge-infused aura with traditional folk-inspired musicality, Naz & Ella channel their anger and frustration at the world through tightly wound harmonies and intricate guitar riffs.
Blending influences such as The Cranberries, Nirvana, and PJ Harvey, the north London-based duoʼs raw and intimate sound captivates listeners, with their delicate but defiant vocals front and centre.
• Georg’ Estelle •
Both English and Italian, the London-based singer and dancer Georg’, has a soulful yet fresh voice. From music, dance to drama, performing has always been her number one passion and talent. Her music is developing more and more into a fusion of different influences, coming from Electro-soul, 2000s RnB and jazz, great female artists such as Erykah Badu, Sade, Jill Scott and Amy Winehouse. “My mum never played children’s music in the house, I grew up listening to Jamiroquai, Joss Stone, Jamie Cullum and many others”.
With the passion in her voice and the honesty in her lyrics, she aspires to move something in the listener, sharing powerful messages of confidence and self- love. “I want to inspire people to be honest, caring and open-minded and most importantly… to make them dance”.
